Ken Gerhard
Cryptozoologist, Author, and Lecturer
Ken Gerhard is one of cryptozoology’s most widely recognized voices — a field investigator, author, and television personality who has spent decades pursuing evidence of the world’s most elusive creatures. A field investigator for the Centre for Fortean Zoology and a fellow of the Pangea Institute, Gerhard has traveled to 26 countries on six continents and 48 U.S. states in search of mysterious animals including Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, the Chupacabra, Mothman, and the Beast of Gevaudan. He has authored seven books on unknown animals, and his research has been featured on numerous television programs including MonsterQuest, Ancient Aliens, America Unearthed, and The UnXplained with William Shatner. His titles include The Essential Guide to Bigfoot, A Menagerie of Mysterious Beasts, and Encounters with Flying Humanoids. Ken currently lectures at conferences and events across the United States.
